About My Practice
Founded in 2021, my practice is dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based care. In August 2024, I transitioned to specializing exclusively in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) treatment. I utilize Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) as my primary approach, while also incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support each client’s unique needs.
My services are offered via telehealth, ensuring accessible and convenient care. I accept both insurance and private pay options to make treatment more attainable. If additional support is needed, I can provide referrals to trusted professionals in psychiatry, general psychotherapy, and other relevant services.
